The application is considered by the conference-room sales manager within one day form the date of its receipt. (Phone: (343) 378-34-10).
The conference-room sales manager is sure to contact the Customer in order to discuss possible types of comfortable hall layout.
Conference and restaurant services can be paid as follows:

• Cashless payment (not later than 3 days before the event)
• Cash payment (on the day of the event, right before its beginning, at the reception)

Applications for the restaurant complex services are received not later than 3 days before the event. Any adjustments related to the number of the participants are accepted the day before the event, up to midday.  

Te following documentation is provided at the request of the Customer:

• Agreement
• Original invoice (in case of cashless payment)
• Register receipt (in case of cash payment for the meals)
• Acceptance Certificate (once the event is over)
• Registration Certificate
• Certificate of the possibility of the simplified taxation system application
